Floor Speed AI is operated by Floor Speed AI LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. References to "Floor Speed AI," "we," "us," and "our" mean Floor Speed AI LLC.

If you have a signed statement of work, order form, or other written agreement with Floor Speed AI, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Using Floor Speed AI

Floor Speed AI provides phone answering, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and related workflow software for flooring businesses. By using our website, demos, or services, you agree to these Terms.

Business users

Our services are intended for businesses and their authorized users. You are responsible for making sure anyone who uses Floor Speed AI on behalf of your business has permission to do so.

Accounts and connected services

Some features may require account access, phone system configuration, calendar connection, or other third-party integrations. You are responsible for providing accurate setup information and for maintaining the accounts, calendars, phone numbers, and third-party services you connect to Floor Speed AI.

If you connect Google Calendar or another third-party service, you authorize Floor Speed AI to access and use that service only as needed to provide the connected feature, such as checking availability and creating appointment events. You are responsible for keeping connected accounts authorized and for removing access when you no longer want a service connected.

Customer data and privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide customer, caller, calendar, and business information to Floor Speed AI.

You authorize Floor Speed AI to use that information to provide the service to your business, including answering customers, qualifying leads, checking calendar availability, creating appointment events, sending summaries, and sharing relevant workflow details with your authorized team.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Floor Speed AI to:

• violate the law or another person's rights;
• send spam, deceptive messages, or unlawful communications;
• record, process, or share information without required consent;
• interfere with the security or operation of our systems;
• reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the service; or
• use the service for industries or activities we have not approved.

Calls, recordings, and consent

Floor Speed AI may support calls, transcripts, summaries, voicemails, and related communications. Floor Speed AI announces at the start of recorded calls that the call is being recorded. You are still responsible for complying with call recording, consent, telemarketing, messaging, and privacy laws that apply to your business and customers.

AI-assisted workflows

Floor Speed AI uses AI-assisted tools to answer calls, summarize conversations, qualify leads, and support scheduling workflows. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misunderstood. You are responsible for reviewing important customer details, appointments, summaries, transcripts, recommendations, and follow-up actions before relying on them for business decisions. Floor Speed AI is not a substitute for your own staff judgment, customer service obligations, or final scheduling and operational decisions.

Service changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, demos, or services. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material service change affects active customers.

Payment terms

Payment obligations are handled only through a signed statement of work, order form, invoice, or other written agreement between you and Floor Speed AI. This public Terms page does not create any standalone pricing, refund, cancellation, renewal, or payment obligation.

Intellectual property

Floor Speed AI owns the website, product, software, designs, workflows, documentation, and related materials we provide. You keep ownership of the business information, customer information, calendar information, and other content you provide to us.

Feedback

If you give us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. We appreciate practical feedback because it helps us build a better product for flooring businesses.

Disclaimers

We work to provide a reliable service, but the website, demos, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" unless a written agreement says otherwise. We do not provide any uptime, response-time, support-time, or service-level guarantee unless it is included in a signed written agreement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every business need, and we do not guarantee that every call, lead, summary, transcript, appointment, or AI output will be captured or handled perfectly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Floor Speed AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using Floor Speed AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way we reasonably believe is harmful or unlawful.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Floor Speed AI agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration, unless a written agreement says otherwise. Arbitration will take place in Maryland unless the parties agree to another location or remote process. Either party may still seek emergency injunctive relief in a court when necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property, systems, or service security.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
