Floor Speed AI provides software and services for flooring businesses, including demo scheduling, inbound lead handling, and related product workflows. This Privacy Policy describes how Floor Speed AI collects, uses, shares, and stores personal information through this website and related demo experiences. Until our legal entity details are finalized, references in this policy to “Floor Speed AI” mean the Floor Speed AI business and its operators.

This policy is intended for our current US-based launch. As our product evolves, including any live voice-demo features, we may update this policy.

• Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, site infrastructure, and transactional email delivery (via Cloudflare Email Sending) tied to demo requests.
• Google Gemini and related communications providers if and when we launch live AI calling, transcription, or conversational demo workflows.
• Analytics, CRM, scheduling, and operational tools we use to run sales, support, and product workflows.

We may also disclose information:

• if required by law, subpoena, court order, or similar process;
• to protect our rights, users, systems, or property; or
