Floor Speed AI provides phone answering, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and related workflow software for flooring businesses. This Privacy Policy applies to this website, demo flows, and product features we provide to customers.

Floor Speed AI is operated by Floor Speed AI LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. References to "Floor Speed AI," "we," "us," and "our" mean Floor Speed AI LLC.

Information we collect

We may collect the following information:

• Contact and business information. Name, email address, phone number, store name, store location, website, and details submitted through demo requests, onboarding, support, or sales conversations.
• Customer scheduling information. Appointment requests, appointment times, service locations, project details, customer names, customer contact details, and notes needed to book or manage flooring appointments.
• Google Calendar information. If a customer connects a Google Calendar, we may access calendar lists, availability information, and calendar events only as needed to provide scheduling features.
• Call and message information. Call metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, voicemail details, SMS or email content, and outcomes from customer communication workflows.
• Usage and technical information. Pages visited, form interactions, timestamps, IP address, browser type, device information, and similar information collected by our site, hosting, security, and product infrastructure.
• Communications with us. Emails, support messages, sales notes, and other communications you choose to send to Floor Speed AI.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to demo requests, questions, and support needs;
• answer calls, qualify leads, route messages, and summarize outcomes;
• schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and product;
• send product, sales, onboarding, support, and service communications;
• understand product usage, reliability, and customer needs;
• prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and misuse; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Google Calendar and Google API data

Floor Speed AI may request access to a customer's Google Calendar account so the customer can connect a calendar for appointment scheduling. We use Google Calendar data only for the scheduling feature the customer chooses to enable.

Specifically:

• Calendar list access lets the customer choose which calendar Floor Speed AI should use for appointment scheduling.
• Free/busy access lets Floor Speed AI check availability so we do not offer or book times that are already busy.
• Calendar events access lets Floor Speed AI create, update, and manage appointment events generated by customer scheduling workflows.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Floor Speed AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use and transfer of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the user-facing scheduling feature, protecting security, complying with law, or acting with the user's explicit consent.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and partners that help us operate Floor Speed AI, such as:

• flooring businesses that use Floor Speed AI, so they can respond to customers, manage appointments, provide services, and follow up on leads;
• hosting, delivery, email, security, and infrastructure providers;
• phone, messaging, transcription, and AI model providers, including OpenAI and Google Gemini;
• calendar, scheduling, CRM, analytics, and customer support tools; and
• professional advisors, if needed for legal, accounting, or compliance work.

We may also disclose information:

• if required by law, subpoena, court order, or similar process;
• to protect our rights, customers, users, systems, or property;
• to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or misuse; or
• in connection with a financing, acquisition, merger, sale of assets, or other business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, respond to requests, maintain business records, resolve disputes, improve reliability, enforce agreements, and meet legal or operational obligations.

If you ask us to delete information, we will delete or de-identify it unless we need to keep certain records for legitimate business, security, legal, or compliance reasons.

Your choices

You may contact us to:

• request access to personal information we have about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• request deletion of personal information;
• opt out of non-essential outreach; or
• disconnect a connected Google Calendar account.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or consumer tracking pixels on this site. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may collect server logs, IP addresses, and similar technical information to keep the site working, secure it, and understand basic traffic patterns.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or communications service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Third-party links and services

Our site, product, or communications may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and their own policies apply.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
