Nia Rowan

Hi, I’m Rachel, a virtual assistant for Juniper House Floor & Shade. How can I help?

Hi. I’m trying to figure out flooring for our basement, and I’m not really sure what holds up best down there.

A specialist can help you narrow that down. What’s the ZIP code for the home?

20816.

Thanks. Let me check the service area first.

You’re in our service area. I can offer Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:30 AM.

Maybe. We’ve had a little dampness down there before. Is vinyl plank usually okay with that?

It can be a good option, but the specialist should look at the space before recommending a product. Does that time work?

Yes, that works.

About how large is the basement?

Around 650 square feet. It’s a finished basement.

What name should I use for the appointment?

Nia Rowan.

What’s the best callback number?

That’s (410) 555-0103.

What email should receive the confirmation?

nia.rowan@example.com.

And what’s the street address?

303 Demo Avenue, Sample Springs, Maryland 20816.

I have Nia Rowan at 303 Demo Avenue, with (410) 555-0103 and nia dot rowan at example dot C O M, for Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Is that right?

Yes, it is.

Thanks. I’m booking that now.

You're all set. Your in-home assessment is booked for Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:30 AM. The calendar invite will arrive by email shortly. Goodbye.
